Should you ever be dissatisfied with any aspect of the service or treatment you have received at Lumiere Medispa, please discuss this directly with your practitioner at the earliest opportunity. Should you not feel comfortable doing this or do not feel this has rectified your complaint, you can make a formal complaint about our services or staff.
